Welcome to my collection of mainly Western European mid-century ceramics (with a few odds and ends from other countries). If you like West German pottery, you’ll find Scheurich, Bay, Carstens, Dümler & Brieden, Ü-Keramik, and others; if you like Italian, you’ll find Bitossi, Fratelli Fanciullacci, Marcello Fantoni, and Giovanni De Simone; and if Swedish pottery is to your taste, I have a good sampling of Upsala Ekeby. I started with a simple pair of Bitossi candle holders and from the first moment I felt the roughness of the glaze, I knew there was no turning back.
